what is your feeling about a long water fast, when the body may be seriously mineral-depleted? It does not sound like Michael has a great level of toxicity, say, in the form of bodily mass...i mean. The buzzing in the toes and pain in joints, the flu-like feelings for some time, all that sounds much like acid ph...I know that the fast can reset all the bodily systems, by cleaning house at many levels, but what about the acidity? I'm new to all this...( water only) so I appreciate your patience.
