Make that four. I've been doing the fruit thing for awhile and am feeling an improvement, plus my digestion is better. People with Candida have terrible digestion. Meat and vegetables are hard to digest, and the vegetables especially, just come out the other end undigested, even with enzyme use. So I'd end up being starved...and the last thing I want is meat rotting in my gut. Ew.
