In another post somewhere someone recommended throwing in some pineapple with the cottage cheese and flaxseed oil. I have to tell you it made all the difference.
I purchase flazseed oil produced here in Australia and I find it just as easy to drink it straight from the tin..( lol not gulping! just the recommended dose)
How much and how many times is ok to have flaxseed oil each day?
