I have tried nasal semen therapy, and it does work, based on limited experience. It isn't the same thing as sniffing semen. In NST, semen is applied like a cream or soothing lotion inside the nose and allowed to dry. Semen doesn't keep well unless it's refrigerated, so I'm having trouble getting more than one application a day. Neti pots clean the sinuses but don't leave behind a protective barrier and saline solution isn't a steroid substitute. I'd like to hear if anyone else finds NST useful.
