IT is gentler than IF1.

My symptoms were excruciating pain that would come and go. Diarrhea almost once daily for 5 years. Nauseated. Etc. Standard IBS faire.

No - i think that is the lot number. By chance you could read yours as a date - I have 3 bottles at home and none of the numbers could be read as a date. Also - the ingredients in IF1 basically could sit for 10 years and still be very moving.......
