I assume so. I was dealing with many health problems and finally a natural doctor said that the root of all my problems was a severe magnesium deficiency. I was way below normal on all blood tests. I even did intravenous magnesium (which he recommended for lots of $$$). After 6 weeks of the magnesium drip, the blood level didn't budge. I had many symptoms of needing magnesium including heart palpatations, anxiety feelings, bad menstrual cramps, constipated my whole life, raynauds syndrome, candida symptoms, etc.

After I fell on this site and did the program, I felt the best I have ever felt in my whole life. Every time I would see doctors, they would all tell me the same thing. I was healthy. Most blood tests showed I was healthy as a horse.

This program is the way to go, I am convinced. My 14 year old was getting really stressed from her strenous work load at her prep school. After giving her the drink for a few weeks, she has now learned to do it herself and takes it every morning without fail. She says she likes how it makes her feel.

To answer your question, yes, I feel it is due to all the minerals in the drink.
