I am convinced that the shortage of calcium and magnesium was my health problem for most of my life. I was finally told by a doctor that my magnesium (tested by blood) was way below normal. I took every form of magnesium for 1 year and it didn't even budge! The only thing that happened from me taking all that magnesium was I became anemic! No body told me that magnesium can antagonize iron!! I never supplemented with calcium either and now, after 9 months on this drink, I finally feel normal. How true it is.......
