Thanks so much for your guidance, and for your solidarity.

I decided to stop drinking water, since I am not thirsty. I will only do it when I am thirsty. I also noticed that,immediately after drinking a glass of water, I had to go to the bathroom. I can not understand how come that reaction is so fast! Obviously, the body wants to get rid of the extra fluid as soon as possible. Needless to say, I have a lot of old "water" stored in my poor system.

So far, no hunger, no main discomfort at all. Some chilling, feeling very cold, but this was expected and I am dressed in layers for the occasion. This is Florida, the weather is hot, but...well, you know, I am in poor shape. I cope well with the extra clothes.

I feel a little bored, but, as I said, I prepared myself mentally for this. I am lucky I am not working at the moment. Got some books from the library yesterday. And I am counting on your precious support to keep myself fasting.

P.S. I will not miss those frequent trips to the bathroom.
