usually floating on the top of the water for me in a normal BM...and then got more to follow in the coffee enema..which makes me wonder if when the eggs are released, if the eggs end up in the liver??

Thank goodness the little red/brown looking baby worms aren't alive and wiggling! So, I'm sure you couldn't "grow" anything from them.
