Mark & Bob, thanks for the links.

I avoid calcium pills & sardines w/bones & nuts, etc. because I'm allergic to calcium. The only way I ingest it is through eating broccoli, and the like.

Mark, I saw your Vitamin D URL, thanks, and I'll soon take a look at it. Right now I have to logoff for something. Take care!
