Hi and thanks for looking. Today i just received GCG, Coptis, Curcuma and Chinese Bitters and i have a question.

On the instructions i received it says use Chinese Bitters in the morning and Coptis/Curcuma at bedtime for 3 weeks. It then says switch and use GCG in the morning and Coptis/Curcuma at night for a further 3 weeks - so 6 weeks in total.

It says if your condition is mild take the chinese bitters and GCG in the morning and complete the process in 3 weeks.

I feel my condition is mild im fighting mild Acne and fatigue what would you guys/gals suggest?
