Hi again, I just wanted to say thanks to you all for your encouragement and positive thoughts -- I'm in a much better place now than I was a few days ago, and am a bit clearer and more energetic now. Those messages helped me through the worst of it!!
I can't imagine how hard the ACTUAL Elimination Diet will be; I hadn't thought I'd even notice giving up alcohol, caffeine, and sugary junk food. I'm still feeling a bit strange but definitely much better. I am simultaneously doing a Colon Cleanse ( Dr. Schulze ) which I think is helping move the toxins out more quickly.
Anyhow, thanks for your help! This is a great site!
