Yep thats what happened... Ill be honest during the second week I didnt exactly follow the right plan for the overeating stage because we were constantly going out to eat. I usually lift every other night and run for 10-15 minutes 4-5 nights a week. Also, I eat nothing during the day really, just 2 cups of coffee..
