I wasnt able to fight the hunger today, it was ridiculously strong. So I decided to have a little something to eat today and try again. I went 4 days, which is pretty good for me especially since this time last week, I couldnt make it past a single day. Each fasting attempt is getting easier and I'm lasting longer every time, so I know I will get to the point where I can do 30 or 40 days.

And I figured out what made me so ravenously hungry all of a sudden today. I had bought a new juice(V8 Fusion) last night that contained both fruits and vegetables blended together. It apparently re-awakened my digestive system with a vengeance. So I will stick to my regular fruit juices from now on. Those never make me hungry, on the contrary, I find them quite filling.

Well anyway...here's to a new Day 1 tommorrow.
