You can get Vitamin D from sunlight. If you're allergic to calcium supplements, try getting it from food. Calcium rich vegetables include kale, parsley, and broccoli (also try sprouts, watercress, wheatgrass, barley greens). You'll get more calcium if you juice them, rather than eating them. Other calcium foods include sesame & sunflower seeds, seaweed, almonds, molasses, and brewer's yeast.
