Hi, I'm allergic to calcium (my body locks up with pain & stiffness when ingesting calcium) - yet I require Vitamin D supplementation because my 25 Hydroxy D3 is 23 ng/ml.

But Vitamin D requires accompanying cal/mag. So how can I safely take Vitamin D without problems?

Unless the Vitamin D would cancel out my usual negative reactions to intake of calcium?
