Congratulations on making such incredible changes to your diet. It is no an easy thing to do, and take a lot of discipline!!
You may want to try only distilled water for a few days. It can help to flush out the toxins. The "Water Cure" (you can read more on this site) says take your body weight, divide in two, and drink that many ounces of water per day. You should be drinking at least that.
For the nausea - peppermint or ginger tea, or a yummy combo of the two. I get peppermint leaves boil for a few minutes, strain into a cup and add some fresh grated ginger. This is a cleansing tea and should alleviate some of the nausea.
You could try coffee enemas (read about it on this website). They will stimulate the liver to throw off toxins, and give you relief when you're feeling at your worst.
Fresh juice would be a good pick me up. If you don't have a juicer, run out and buy one (even a cheap one to get you through this and see if you like it). You can make some spinach, carrot and apple juice as a pick-me-up when you're feeling tired. Some argue that carrot juice will feed candida, other disagree. You'll have to decide that one. You could add some fresh ginger to that combo.
Good luck, and hang in there. You're an inspiration to others!
In good health,
KarenMarie
