This is the hungriest I've been since the first day. Why all of a sudden am I so hungry on day 4? I actually picked up a twinkie and held it in my hand...thinking about eating it. But, I put it back and just had juice.

I really really want something to eat today. But I wont because I know if I do, I will end up eating a whole bunch of junk that will probably make me sick and then I will just be back to square one again and mad at myself for failing. Maybe I will just take a nap.
