I am glad you found something that helps your rosacea. I believe that the main reason flax helps your condition is because of the Omega 7 fatty acid (palmitoleic acid)content. Omega 7 is a rare compound with HUGE benefits to skin and other similar membranes (gastrointestinal, urogenital, etc.) The best source for Omega 7 is actually Seabuckthorn (specifically seabuckthorn fruit oil or pulp).

The best place to get this is sibu.com. They have a rosacea kit for a better price than any other seabuckthorn product out there.
