Second swf bout the same but now I feel kinda slugish. However in my half asleep haze this morning I used tap water by accident. Would this alter my results in any way? Not having to use the microwave to heat it up should've tipped me off. This is day 4 for me. Am I even supposed to see good results (that mucoid plaque stuff) already?
