Something not covered  so far is enemas . I am neither a fan of or have ever done one  and Mr. Burroughs is dead set against them but it's hard to ignore the  empirical evidence when a number of experienced long time posters have reported getting intant relief from doing a plain water enema during a detox crisis.

I know it's pretty difficult to grin and bear it during moments of discomfort as you are experiencing but as I mentioned a few times in the forum recently that the first line of defense is just to start drinking lots of water to keep any toxins being released diluted and moving out of the system and if at all possible try to ride it out to allow the system to work through  the healing crisis and eliminating the toxins that are being released.
