Does the ratio of calcium water to BSM to kelp to ACV (or lemon juice) matter alot? I pre-mix the calcium water and add the epsom salts to it (1 TBL of pickling lime and 1 tsp of epsom salts to 1 gallon of water), so that ratio stays pretty much the same per drink. The ML protocol starts out with 2-3 TBL of the calcium water, 2 TBL of the ACV or lemon juice, 1 TBL of the BSM and 1 tsp of the kelp.
I am pretty loose with the amounts as I use a soup spoon for the BSM and ACV and I use a regular spoon (heaping) for the kelp (I measure the lime and epsom salts when I make the water in a gallon container) and I pour about 4 ozs (or more) of the lime water in a glass. So, my question is this: while I am getting the proper alkaline minerals from the drink, am I not getting full benefit because my ratios are loose? Or is it ok to use more of some of the ingredients? I don't really want to measure this all the time but will if it is deemed beneficial.
Thanks,
Metbull
