Hey everyone, I am on day 11 of the fast, I weighed myself at the end of yesterday and was 154 pounds, down from 170!! So I lost 16 pounds in 10 days of the fast! I'm so happy, and I went shopping yesterday and bought size 10 jeans! (US size 6 I think) I think the last time I wore size 10 I was age 10 so I am pretty happy! lol

The possibility of me failing this fast is none because I'm so happy with the results now I can see it working. I still have a way to go though, would like to get down to the 120s or 130s by the end of the fast.

How are you all getting on? I saw people have written about the bad taste in your mouth, I have that too it is gross, I brush my teeth and tongue but it's still there, does it go away?
