I posted this a long time ago, but the information you gave me is very useful. I have him on gymnema sylvestre and he takes 10,000 mg of L-Arginine every day. I did have him on iodine, but he hasn't taken that for a while. Should the cinnamon be a cinnamon tincture or capsules? I don't have any questions about the other suggestions yet because we'll have to try them first. I appreciate a complex response to a complex problem.
