Today is day 2 for me too. Yesterday was pretty easy and I didn't have hunger pangs. Today I am cloudy, cranky, stomach seems to have churning acid (you know, when it feels frothy almost, ever feel that?) and I am hungry. I also feel puffy everywhere - swollen, even though I've been drinking tons of liquids and water.

I've stayed strong and husband is being super supportive. I'd also like to make it through 5-7 days on this fast.

Don't know my weight. Threw out the scale a couple of years ago.
