I was suffering from high pulse rate ( 100-110 bps). MY BP is always low (100/70). Just my resting heart rate was high, and I was not even feeling it.

Anyways, since starting Inversion, my heart rate is around 70 bps.

I had even written to TED from EarthClinic raising my concern abt high heart rate. He suggested supplements ( like Magnesium, B-complex and protein powders), which never worked.

Then I found out abt inversion, and am so glad that my heart has slowed down.
