So, you think the American "love" made this hurricane disappear?

I think its the military technology called haarp that make this hurricane disappear. According to the following patent disclosure, the technology uses artificial lightning strikes to prevent rotating clouds from building into hurricanes.

Someone from the military said if they own the weather, they win all the wars. I am not sure if this military technology was created out of "love". If it was, it might be exclusively built for one country only. Take no offense, I am just trying to be sarcastic. Regards, tyx
