I think I was getting sucked into doing things the easy way. I've done a modified Dr. Jensen fast before and had tremendous results. I think I'll go that route and maybe add in some of the cleansing herbs on a plan that I put together. I think I do best when I follow my own path.

I'm grateful for the reminders to keep me on the path of being a purist...it suits me.
