a) read all the cleanses here and start to do them

b) have your blood electrolytes done - can cause spasm

c) make sure you are getting 8-10 glasses of pure distilled water daily. also make sure you are using enough Sea Salt daily (see sea cure)

d) lobelia is great for spasm
