I experience back pain the next morning after the flush? Anyone else? I hadnt done one in a year. I sure did need it to. I forgot about how I did alot of fasting last year and no liver flushes..oops. Will try to do #10 in a few weeks.

But the back pain? weird .. I am wonder what could have contributed to it? My only conclusion is the extra magnesium. from Epsom Salts and then i switched to magnesium citrate instead.
