I tried healing myself with only the watercure and it didn't work. He's absolutely correct that we don't drink enough water, and that Sea Salt is the only proper salt to take, but to cure your problems you have to do an entire regimen of cleanses, begining with your bowels, then kidneys, then liver. The liver is the all-important key to good health. All of the info on these cleanses can be found on this website, also forums dedicated to each one with plenty of guidance.
