One thing that I thought you might find useful. I just recently started drinking Yerba Mate. Its a tea. And it is an excellent replacement for coffee! But besides its benefits of giving you a wonderful, clearheaded type of awareness/awakening, It also curbs an appetite. I have found it a wonderful additioin to my mornings and I havent went back to coffee yet. There is no caffiene in it, and its health benefits are impressive!
It is not nearly the expense coffee is. You should be able to find it at a health food store or market. If not hereis some info on it.

While searching for some ideas I found this:

And this:

Mexican Rollups
6 12-inch whole wheat tortillas
6 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 1/4 pound sliced cooked roast beef
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced red and yellow peppers
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp cumin
For each roll up, tear off about a 15-inch piece of either waxed paper or aluminum foil. Place the tortilla flat on the paper or foil. Place a romaine lettuce leaf on top of the tortilla. Add 3 ounces of beef on top of the lettuce for each tortilla. Divide the remaining ingredients over each tortilla. Begin rolling the paper or foil over the tortilla to encase the filling. Roll until the sandwich is completely rolled up. Fold the excess paper or foil over the top and bottom of the roll up. To eat, peel back the paper or foil.

Tropical Chicken Salad

6 servings
Preparation time: 10 minutes
2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
2 cups diced pineapple
1 cup mandarin oranges, packed in their own juice and drained
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp low-fat sour cream
1 tsp coconut extract
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. Place over greens or stuff into whole wheat pita bread.
