i only live with my husband and kids. my husband is actually being very supportive, and understands completely as ive explanied it to him from start to finish. however, i dont feel like i need to do this with everyone else. yesterday was my daughters birthday, we had a BBQ. i prepared and grilled all the food. of course, i didnt eat anything, nor was i tempted to. but everyone who knew og my fast,(friends, my parents) kept nagging me. especially my mom, who couldnt go more then 10 min without telling me to eat. i actually lost it on her. this is my first long fast, with VERY visible results so far. im down 15 pounds so far. had id known ppl would react this way, i would have never told them. well, now i know for next time.
