In DR B. Jensen's book "Tissue Cleansing through Bowel Management ", he mentions that one should take 8 to 16 ounces of acidophilus culture with three tablespoonfuls of lactose(page 73-75). if I do that, I get severe running stomach even when i reduce the dosage. What can I do to remedy the situation?
