i am SO tired of hearing "u have to eat something!" "this isnt healthy" "enough already". first of all, i cant just 'eat somethin'. im on day 12, and at this point, i just cant eat whatever i want, or rather, they want me to. secondly, i dont want to! im doing great, feeling great. ppl who dont know anything about fasting just say the most ignorant things about it. why cant they just let me be??
i so regret ever telling anyone about it.

anyone else feeling this way?
