Firsthand knowledge is most valuable to me. Because so much of this stuff is hypothetical. And even if we could explain everything about it, I wouldn't be able to understand (not being a chemist or in the medical profession).

So I gather the drawbacks are vitamin & mineral deficiencies? Are there others that are known?

And, are you speaking of that biosafe guy? Is he a professional blogger working for big pharma?
