Good luck with this. I agree that it is promising for you. Also, find some good probiotic to take; but take it separately from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Even yogurt should help. I had a friend with H Pylori. She took probiotics and only changed her regular diet by eliminating red meat; then gradually eliminated meat. I think she does eat chicken occasionally. She no longer has H.Pylori after a few months of this diet.
