The whole subject makes me very sad. (Good posts, by the way. Thanks for taking the time to share the rotten truth. People need to face these facts.) I don't know how people can reasonably eat meat anymore, when they know the suffering animals endure...not to mention the cost, in so many ways, of raising animals for meat. Those who are most involved in perpetuating the suffering of animals will likely be reborn
as animals, and have to endure the same. This is not some sort of threat, it's just the
nature of things. I pity the animals AND the people.
