I am on the same boat,though I have drank a 5th for every other day lol.
I used to be a real health nut for the past 2 years but it's gotten so boring that
I jumped back on the wagon..also been smoking for the last 6 months about a pack every other day as well.
Strong as an ox however and still eating clean ironically,just happen to like drinking and smoking..

I am trying to find a good liver detox cleanser right now to counteract the damage of so much drinking...
