Thank you for this post. I don't have MS or autism, but lifelong allergy problems and my search has taken me to this point.

My nutritionalist says I have leaky gut. Food is passing into the blood stream and the liver is over worked so bad that have had skin problems most of my life.

I have been on allergy diets and felt great but it's hard to stay on them-loose your commitment. I have gone on all raw food diets and felt great but again difficult to maintain.

I tried gluten free but still not improving because of eating potatoes and grains.

Now-I am going to really try to stick to this no grain diet. It seems that most celiacs are anemic-which I am severely. It can't hurt to try it.
