I would cut out all meat and dairy...as much as possible. Do you take the Female formula or any female herbs? I would do the colon cleansing and do some castor oil packs over the suspected area, as they help to break up fibroids, growths, etc. A liver cleanse is also a good idea, when estrogen is an issue.
