Plzchuckle: Oh I thought he deleted you as he went on a rampage with hanna. Still not sure what happened but it looked like she tried to delete my message of appreciation to him and then he said he made a mistake.

I dont blame you for being upset as I researched the site and saw many recommendations of your flush. Yes, he helped me some and I am improved almost 100 percent now but not because of him but because of a wierd diet I did.

Look can you believe cayenne saved me. There is a diet on Dr. Mercola called a 4th stage Cancer cure. You take a piece of toast shred a cayenne pepper and put on one half the bread and shred garlic on the other half and then spread butter over the whole thing and fold the bread in half and eat and have an extra bread on the side. Take 2 T. of cod liver oil with it every day and supposedly in 4 days your cancer is gone.

So here is what I did. I took some whole wheat bread thin sliced, spread labane (yogurt drained of the whey) over the bread sprinkle 1/2 t. cayenne over the labane and shred 2 garlic over the whole thing and topped with another piece of bread and ate it. Lord you need a large glass of water as it is so hot. Amazing it did not bother my stomach at all and in 4 days my pain was gone. Funny how life is.

Not sure why I had the reaction with your flush but oh so glad to be better. I had 5 injections for pain and then the only cure was with cayenne. I hope that you will recommend this remedy cause it is a life saver.
