Richard at Osumex suggested I do this, but the problem is that I bought the probiotic in lose form (not in the capsule form) so I think it would be really hard to get it in there. I know, I've tried it with a different probiotic in the past and it just went all over the place and not inside. Blah! I am making an appointment on Monday to go see a well known acupuncturist here in town who seemingly has phenomenal and quick results with people and I think I heard that she is really good with yeast. Since we don't have a lot of money, a few sessions needed only, sounds good in my book. Just hope she can get some fast results.
