Wow! 20g! I assumed up to 3g was the most one should take in a day? I was wrong.............. Yes I have been taking MSM for a good prtion of my life daily but never a t such a higher dose. Now I am taking 2g in the morning with Coq10 bluberry and goji berry. After all this time, now at the higher dose I feel this thing moving around...................... I guess it takes 2g or higher dosing.
