Scarface.....not sure exactly how much she ate but I know she bought the jars in bulk. She told me she always ate some before meals - started off slowly and gradually built up. She lives in US so I have been searching for a supplier of this brand within UK. I found this place to be the only supplier

(under probiotics and cultered foods). I dont relish the thought of it much but she swears by it - plus she owes her new found health to eating raw sauerkraut religiously.
