A lot of days about 45 min. to an hour after a meal I get this weird feeling all over my body. Particularly in the stomach, pancreas area but it seems to spread all over.
I can sort of feel insulin coming out during it, but I've felt insulin surges before and never felt this before Iodine.
Anyone else feel this? Is this a good sign or a bad sign? It doesn't happen all of the time, and sometimes it feels so good I can't help but moan...it's so weird.
It also is accompanied by a little tinnitus, although the tinnitus doesn't bother me much like it did before Iodine.
It's coming from the pancreas area, but it doesn't feel like just an insulin surge. Plus I eat low glycemic meals anyway.
Any comments?
Sometimes it gets too good and I want it to go away because when I'm around people they don't understand why I act so "drugged" up. I almost feel high when it happens.
Could it be the pancreas beginning to heal from an onslaught of Iodine or maybe a metal detox that I'm unaware of?
