Thanks everyone! I did change my diet altho I wasn't eating junk to begin with. I eat organic foods, no chips or junk food, drink only distilled water, very little red meat. I am very allergic to a lot foods so I am limited in the fruit I eat, mostly apples and pears some blueberries.
I will admit I did not get to complete my last flush as instructed. I have a real problem with the ES. I have seizures and am not supposed to have magnesium. When I take ES I get very weak and numb so I have to be careful and usually can't tolerate but 1 tsp. which is not enough. Anything magnesium free I could take to replace ES? I am 59 and in poor health so I tend to panic when Dr's throw something else my way. Thanks for your support it means more than I can say.
