miss hellfinger needs this information... She says- "I read a post a while back of yours that was about a meditation you were doing on parasites, visualizing them transmutating to something of a higher vibration. I've been doing the same thing and I was so juiced to read that."

I have discovered another effective method of self healing. Do a self-loving ritual, visualize the orgasmic energy flowing into the diseased areas, cleansing and healing your body. I learned about this in a book called "Sexual Healing, The Shaman Method of Sex Magic" which was written by my friends Kamala Devi and Baba Dez Nichols.
