Ah honey...I think we're about the same size, short, petite, been sick for years and years and now we're worried about bone density. I so understand where you are. I wish I could bring over a movie and make you giggle! Have you seen "Eulogy"? It's a good movie for a weekend like this, one of my favorites when I need to laugh. You'll laugh OUT loud - and that's good for the gander.

BTW - bone density is completely reparable and don't let anyone tell you any differently. Besides - if your body believes it - then it is true. I read a post a while back of yours that was about a meditation you were doing on parasites, visualizing them transmutating to something of a higher vibration. I've been doing the same thing and I was so juiced to read that. I've been repeating affirmations of mineral absorption and strength (yes, I've loss some bone mass in the last few years). I do know that part of every body manifestation has a correlation in our thoughts and I know this is true for me - I think I became more fragile while feeling unsupported and misunderstood for so many years. When you're sick for a long time, you don't feel like anybody understands and THAT very thought radiates through my skeletal structure. Louise Hayes says that osteoporosis has that mind element of not feeling supported. Right now I'm rockin the words that I feel supported, loved, understood and focused on what I love and who loves me.

It's a holiday night! You need a big ol' thing of Good Flow Watermelon Juice and a movie!

PS...Kaya (the homeopathist I was tellin you about) has a wealth of information on how to rebuild bone tissue. Smoosh!
