Whew! Gosh! I feel like I've been sandblasted. This is quite a shock. I'd always heard the war wasn't really about slavery, but I didn't know the real reason. I'm going to have to read this several times to let it solidify in my mind.

Was John Wilkes Booth a hit man for the bankers, or was he acting on some other agenda?
